You’re not alone. I’ve lived through it, and I know how deep the impact can run.
Hi, I’m Lisa R. Triggs. For nearly 20 years I have walked the road of menopause. Perimenopause arrived at 38, and what followed was a decade of uncertainty, then seven years of struggle that nearly broke me.
I carried 40 extra pounds—not only in my body, but in my mind and heart. Fatigue, brain fog, restless legs, depression, vertigo, and over 33 relentless symptoms left me feeling disconnected from myself, my marriage, and my dreams. Every day was survival mode.
My true healing began when I stopped searching outside and started looking within. That is when I discovered the science and power of manifestation. I began to shift my mindset, speak new truths into existence, and align my energy with the woman I desired to be. Slowly, the despair lifted. My symptoms eased. And I reconnected with myself in a way I never had before.
Here is the truth: menopause is not here to diminish you. It is here to awaken you. To remind you that you are the creator of your reality. You can manifest peace in your body, clarity in your mind, and love in your heart. You can manifest joy, vitality, and connection.
So why suffer? Why let symptoms define who you are?
You were not meant to shrink. You were meant to rise.
Menopause is not an ending. It is a doorway. A chance to rewrite your story, redefine your journey, and step fully into your power. With the right mindset tools, manifestation practices, and self-love rituals, everything changes.
I am here to remind you that you are never alone, and that the Queen within you is ready to rise. Menopause can be the turning point—the beginning of your most powerful, radiant chapter yet.
Because once you manifest your inner Queen, your entire world transforms.
With Love,
Lisa R. Triggs
Queens do the ruling, they don’t let life rule them.
In my book, The Menopause Mindshift: How I Unleashed My Inner Queen, And You Can Too! I share my honest, emotional journey through the chaos of menopause. But I didn’t write this book for me. I wrote it for you.
This book is a love letter to every woman navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause while wondering what happened to herself and her joy.
Yes, it includes my story. But more importantly, it offers what I wish I had: hope, guidance, and a new way to think.
I truly feel like I stumbled onto something bigger than myself. After my own experience, I’m convinced the missing link in menopause care is not just medication; it’s shifting your mindset.
When women begin to love themselves fiercely and shift how they think about this transition, everything changes. Symptoms ease. Confidence returns. Life gets better.
Inside The Menopause Mindshift, you’ll find techniques that have been scientifically proven to rewire neural pathways in the brain and that aid in emotional rewiring strategies.
It’s a guide to not just surviving, but thriving. Because I believe menopause can be the most empowering chapter of your life.
Read it. Reclaim your life. Rule your world.
"I had hit rock bottom. How I was feeling about myself affected every aspect of my being. The worse I felt inside, the more terrible it was. I was in a vicious circle of feeling down, which only exasperated my hot flashes, sleeplessness, and lack of energy. The life was being sucked out of me with each passing day, and who knew when there would be an end.
Once I recognized and acknowledged that, there was only one way to go, and it was up! Learning to love myself has been the final piece to the puzzle of ‘me.’ I have visualized, meditated, wrote, and mirrored myself together piece by piece over the last year.
Don’t underestimate yourself or your worth. Look for the smallest of things you can find, such as nice hands or feet, to begin with and add to it each day.
You may think it silly, but your brain adopts the positive feelings over time so that they become second nature. Even during the mirror exercise, you are cognitively shifting the way your brain perceives yourself and it is an amazing feeling! Soon it will be a habit to look into the mirror and see all the wonderful things about yourself.
Think love, be love, live with love and love will find you in every way. Most importantly how you view yourself.
I have told myself that I am a Queen, and I deserve to live my best life as much as anyone else. I feel her. I act like her. She was in me the whole time; I just had to release and unleash her, and you can too."
